Terms and Conditions of the EngraveBart Online Store
§1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, which offers handcrafted and personalized products. The owner of the store is ENGRAVEBART, based in Oss, Netherlands, 5342TK, registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 96442433, VAT number NL005210945B98. §2. Offer and Products
The store offers handcrafted and personalized products as described on the website www.engravebart.nl and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Each product can be customized according to the customer’s individual preferences as specified in the personalization description. Product images are for reference only, and the final appearance may vary depending on the chosen personalization.
§3. Orders
Orders can be placed through the store’s website (contact button), WhatsApp, and Messenger, 24/7. Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer is required to provide accurate contact details necessary for order fulfillment. After placing an order, the customer will receive confirmation of its acceptance.
§4. Payments
Prices listed on the website are in euros (EUR) and include 21% VAT (BTW). The store accepts traditional bank transfers as a payment method. Order processing begins once the payment is received.
§5. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped within the Netherlands and to other EU countries, as indicated on the website. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. Shipping fees: €6.95 within the Netherlands, €15.00 to other EU countries (including Belgium, Germany, Poland). Once the order is dispatched, the customer receives a track & trace link from Post NL to track the shipment. Order processing time ranges from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the level of personalization. Customers can opt for personal pickup in Oss, after arranging the date and time in advance. For personal pickup, the customer will receive the pickup location address where the order was processed.
§6. Returns and Complaints
Due to the personalized nature of the products, the right of withdrawal (return) does not apply, in accordance with Dutch law. Customers have the right to file a complaint if they receive a defective product or one that does not match their order. Complaints must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the product.
§7. Personal Data Protection
The administrator of personal data is EngraveBart. Personal data is processed exclusively for order fulfillment and is not shared with third parties unless necessary for order processing (e.g., courier companies and Post NL). Customers have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data.
§8. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date of their publication on the store’s website. For matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, Dutch law applies. The store reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, which will take effect upon publication on the website.
